Please don't go to SWAGATH-DE-ROYAL, KONDAPUR. We had a very bad experience with Hotel management to remove the service tax as we were not satisfied with the service. They told us the service tax is management fund and we can't remove it..Friends pls share...Thanks for your support...

MANHANDLING CUSTOMERS .....SwagathDeRoyal.....Way If the swiping machine did not work due to bad weather or network problem. SwagathDeRoyal way of treating is Throbbing & Thrashing & assorting to violence on customer. This is my latest impression which replaced my earlier impression. Now I had swelling & puffing around my left eye and my jaw got hurt very badly. I really do not know if all this happens in SwagathDeRoyal with the knowledge of senior management or that person could not have went to such a violent state creating 1 hour of rage drama and violence.
