i had purchased one laptop of toshiba from Great Eastern. the sales man was unable to explain any function of the laptop. it was me who came bak home and had searched everything through net. the salesmen were very casual and lethergic, busy in talking amongst themselves .... very bad service i must say.

Last Saturday,May 26,2012 I had visited Great Eastern Behala to purchase a 400 ltr.Whirlpool Protton fridge.The concerned salesman informed that they do not have the particular fridge in stock.I asked him if it would be available after a week.He conveyed that he is not sure as to when the stock will be available.He made no attempt to convince me to buy another brand of the same capacity,this surprised me since there is significant competition amongst retailers these days.Nevertheless,I found the attitude of the salesman most casual and discouraging.The point is I will never visit Great Eastern in the future for any purchase.
