You can always go to consumer court but remember posting your complaint just made them loose one customer. I was planning to go there to buy furniture for 2 flats & decide not to!! Hope they realise.
I've bought an Executive/ King chair from Home Bazaar, Dahisar (E) on 14/8/2010. This was an exclusive offer valid upto 15/8/2010. I also received a study table alongwith the chair absolutely free. I got the delivery of both the items on 16/8/2010. Then the fitter(Mr.Raju) visited my home on 18 Aug 2010 and fitted the stdy table. But till date (03 Sept 2010) he hasn't yet fitted the chair. Reason - he was not having the proper screws to fit the handles of the chair. There is only one tel.no. available for the Home Bazaar i.e. 022-265156189. When contacted it is always busy.
