Yes they have a real lousy service , they haven't turned up to pick a group of 30 passengers from Cruise Centre in Singapore and they didn't even bother to track where the customers are . When the customers had called them up , they went to the argument mode to justify they were right and also went to the extend of telling we cannot help anymore even though they had charged for the full package. Please DO NOT Take the Service unless you have any good review from others but it was a very bad experience for us.
They have very lousy service of leaving Guests Stranded at Singapore Airport. On 1st April, four of us arrived at Changi International Airport for 02 nights business and pleasure trip. Our Agent had booked us for a private Trasfer as our flight was landing at 06:15 am.
After completion of Customs,immigration and baggage formalities, when we went at the Airport Information Counter to locate our Pick up, to our horror we found no one there. On contacting their Customer Care Mobile, we were told by one Mr. Shalvin that our Pick up had left as we were late in coming out.
We do not understand as to what their pick up time limit is for Private Transfers as were at the Airport Arrival Information Counter within an hour of landing.
Th ... View Moreis DMC has acted quite unprofessionally and had literally left us stranded at the Singapore Airport as they did not arrive to pick us up although we had booked for private transfer. Ultimately, we had to hire Taxi to reach our hotel as their representative even refused to assist us in any way.
Do not use their Services, unless you want to be stranded at the Airport
