POOR and USELESS
I had a terrible experience with KWALITY ENTERPRISE. I had a year contract with them for servicing of 1TN Split AC for 2500/- which is high, during my second service they said they need to take the unit to their workshop. Never bother to inform me what was the issue with the unit. After I visiting their shop they said their is some problem and quoted 7500/- for the repairs. Out of this 7500/- their breakup read around 3000/- for removing and putting the AC back, the actual part that was spoiled was for mere 500/- The office staff is RUDE to the CORE. When checked wit
