Before two years back they are good in terms of quality works and service. But now they do not care about the quality and customer complaint. I called them more than 7-8 times and visited their office several time and said that Newly purchased Sofa paint is coming out but they do not bother to rectify this issue.
The most irresponsible .. attitude.. Never step in to STEP In... The worst experience with Step In .. for your furniture you will get lie .. then again a lie .. and only lie.. slow in work.. never trust their wordict
