Pathetic service... Both Cable & Internet.... Set top box provided stops working every 2 months & if given for repair they return the same after 1-1/2 months charging 350rs with no guarantee.... Moreover cable reception goes off atleast 3 times in a day... When we call most of their numbers are temporarily out of service... If ever you get someone online the way they speak it feels like we are the vendors & they the clients. Absolutely disgraceful way of speaking to anyone led by their main guy called Vishu... He talks as if he owns up entire cable/internet contract for entire Mumbai... He should first learn to speak & then run any customer centric service. Probably go to school first & learn some manners... Also Internet service is so bad
