They were good when they started off the operation but, now with more business coming in they have become one the arrogant service guys on the road. Supervisors are nothing less than AUDI owners....This is not just one of experience, it has been a regular experience. I go there because of lack of choice. Today, it was the ultimate. They made a big dent on my car when parked there on the shop floor and refuged to accept responsibility. I am extremely disappointed.
