Glenands: This is the one-stop shop for all pet requirements, with proprietors who are passionate about the business. The shelves at Glenands are stocked with all sorts of pet products, from anti-dandruff shampoos, shampoos for white coats, iodine-based shampoos for fungal and skin infections, dry cleaning powders for a waterless wash, to colourful sweaters and coats, fancy comic-book-character costumes, and leashes embedded with semi-precious stones. They also sell puppy diapers, cat-litter boxes and special sprays. Glenands has its own pet-food production unit that churns out biscuits, munchies and other treats, fortified with protein, calcium and essential minerals. Imported foods and milk powders are also available.
