Worst service I have ever seen.I guess they r born to spoil the name of YAMAHA(hebbal pacer)
And they do not know how to talk to the customer.if we complain the damages done to our bike after the service they speak in a rude way so plz do not give any of ur bikes at hebbal pacer Yamaha..

I have given my Yamaha FZ16 in PACER YAMAHA MOTORS - HEBBAL- BANGALORE for Disk Break pad cleaning. After that My front wheel got jammed and it was not having free play. So i have shown this issue to the same dealer. They asked me to leave the bike there. so that I left the bike in the morning and also informed them to adjust rear break. So evening I got a call and I went and checked the Bike, They are not even touch the bike. And as a excuse, they told me like, when they called me, Disc was working fine, now something happened. and They are told me if you are not satisfied with the current service we will reduce the 11 rupees service charge. its all filled with racing pics and news write ups... its the first time i have ever seen like tht ...

hi .. I bought my ray z at pacer yamaha hebbal... n i am pretty much happy with their service .. compared to honda ...as the staff are friendly and got a good experience ...i would definitely recommend the bike and the dealership to my friends and relatives ..
i am very much happy with the scooter and its maintenance is also not very expensive..

Pacer Yamaha is horrible! i regularly get my bike serviced at Lotus Yamaha. i was satisfied wit the service at lotus. But it has been temporarily shut and i had no choice but to go to Pacer Yamaha at Hebbal for the first time. they suggested i drop-by for service the next day morning at 8:30am itself. i particularly asked them if they would surely open at 8:30am. the service representative assured me it would open at 8:30am sharp. however i got the shock of my life the next day mornin when i went at 8:45am...not a single soul!!! PACER YAMAHA WAS NOT EVEN OPEN!! had to wait till 9:45 to see a mechanic. it was 10:15 when i left Pacer Yamaha aft i left my bike for service. pathetic service.. i gave my fazer bike for servicing (run 20000 km) ... they made bill of 7000 , they changed almost every part.. front rear breaks , disk break oiling (total cost 600).. chain sprocket , chain , there are lot of things.. they took 3 days to complete it.. after that when i took my vehicle back.. it was giving knocking sound in engine.. i asked them to correct it.. they said they have not touched the engine and tapet is faulty which has to be changed and cost would be 600 again.. before servicing there was no sound... little bit i argued but then i took my bike home... but small sound was very irritating and front disk brake was not working ... after two days i went service center again.. Very poor service. Sad response from the showroom staff and rude people in the showroom. Wish I had not bought from this showroom. Do not recommend it to any prospective customers. Its been a month since I bought a vehicle and till date, I dont even have the status of the registration of the vehicle. This is inspite of walking into the showroom multiple times and speaking to the members of the staff. I was greeted with absolute absence of concern and I spoilt a day of my as I had to deal with such people to get my work done. Please do not buy from Pacer Yamaha Hebbal if you want to ride these premier bike with peace...
