Are you kidding ? Notice period for a gym ??? Hilarious.
Beware of this cheat gym and worst gymming experience.
only 2 benches they have for exercises, and they don't have many equipment's as you see in even local gyms.
Just because the prices are high, people feel its a classy gym , but its uselss and worthless if you really want to gym.
If you want to spend 3K just for jogging there and checking out, its the gym for you.

I am not here to blame any gym but just to save poor people as their exit policy is horrible and everytime you end up paying 1 month extra as notice period as they swipe your card which at time of joining they say to just keep as backup. They are cheaters and fraud. I have to also share the CC information as they said its only for backup and they never did ECS debit during my tenure of 6 months. I did cancellation on 2/April and suddenly I got a message on 4/April for swipe of Rs. 3017 for the first time as ECS. When I enquired, that they never charged ECS and how dare they swipe it now when I told I am quiting. They said I am in MOM (month on month) scheme but at time of joining they told I am in 6 months and 1 month free programme. Worst

they are total money-minded, When I took membership, they did not made clear about the six month commitment, and when I requested for cancellation, they charged money for all the 6 months, even when I was not availing their membership. Worst customer service ever!

This is with regards to the cancelation of my membership withFitness First â Oasis Mall branch- Koramangla.
I had paid an amount of Rs.3988/- as joining fees on 10thOct 2011 and wanted to avail the quarterly membership however I wasinformed that since I do not have a credit card either I need to pay the entireamount or get a credit card for the fees to be taken out on a monthly basis.
I informed the representatives (Shubhankar & Daniel) thatI do not have a credit card and Daniel asked to me to get somebody elseâscredit card or apply for a new one!
Since I was not able to get a credit card, I went back to FitnessFirst and cancellation the membership and requested for a refund. I waspromised that the refund would be given to me in 1
