VISTA Holidays (Madiwala) guys are real cheats, shrewd people with shrewd business mentality. They speak very nicely but shrewd guys. I had booked VOLVO tickets to Goa with them two weeks before the actual departure. They told that the ticket is confirmed after speaking over phone to someone for few min. They issued confirmed tickets with seat nos too. Based on this ticket, we had also booked holiday package including hotel booking and siteseeing through Makemytrip.com. We are anxious to make our holiday trip a memorable one. On the D-day, when we went to board the bus, we were shocked to know that these had not booked our tickets at all. the agents computer showed no results of booking..
