I must say this is the most unprofessional service center i have given my car to in my entire life. These people make the word daylight robbery sound very reasonable.
So on Friday i gave my Swift dzire for servicing on the service center near lemon tree hotel. I was attended by some sales person, from beginning itself i was not happy with his behaviour. So he promised to deliver me the car by saturday afternoon. I had to call him multiple times to know if he will deliver or not everytime he kept saying he will do it by 5.30 PM. At around 5PM i called him again he said the same thing, i went to the service station, there they made me wait for 2 hours and they did not have a decency to apologize to me for the delay too leave alone offering

I visited this place with my friend yesterday to check out Micra. The Attitude of Car dealer is so awful leave about explaining, he didn't even care to show us a car (he was not busy and disgustingly lying in chair). Worse thing was when we got a turn to get test drive, he was so rude to snatch the keys indicating NO testdrive for us and immediately took someone who came just 5 mins back without prior reservation. We dropped the plan to book Micra unless BETTER dear comes to city. IF A PERSON IS IGNORING CUSTOMER BEFORE HAND, WE WOULD BE FOOL TO EXPECT ANYTHING AFTER-SALE.
