On April 21, 2015, I rang up manipal Ankur hospital for an appointment for urodynamic test. They took my name and mobile number and fixed the appointment for the next day at 3 pm. When I reached there are 3 pm they said sorry, Dr sreedhar has taken half day off. They didn't bother to ring me and tell me not to come.
