Agree with u all !! Very poor customer satisfaction , Owner and her subordinates are least bothered about Customers. I stopped visiting this shop longtime before. I gave 5 dresses and got only 1 stitched properly !!

Yes i agree with you...PUNJABI FUSION is a cheaters shop...its OVER Priced,Never stitched with correct measurement,will never give you on time,will make you visit the shop several times without giving the cloth on date.I gave my expensive sari blouse to get it stitched for a function and they totally ruined it.my neighbour also faced the same with her salwar suit...she almost cried after seeing it.The staffs are so stupid and arrogant just like the owner.They will not give attention to the customers..we have to wait like beggars for our cloths to get it stitched.They shamelessly tells us that its not ready..come 2mrw.If you dont want to spoil your favorite material please dont ever dare to visit them.
This is a horrible place. I have given them 3 blouses to stitch for my party wear sarees. And gave a measurement blouse and asked to stitch it completely identically as the emasurement blouse. But all of them were stitched oversized, broad neck and just not of my taste. When I tell the problem the lady doesnot listen, saying that everyone wears broad neck and all other rubbish explanations. They charge 570 per blouse even after i give the lining and that too without any bill.
I have been cheated many a times bot with blouses and salwar suits. But having a small kid and staying at whitefield have no other option than to go to this lady. But have decided to stop now. The worst part is the shop owner is so arogant that you would want to spit

Never visit this boutique its known as Punjabi Fusion by Impact.. they simply destroyed my wedding saari's blouse and I gave them 4 chances but they just made my life hell
I gave her 2 blouses to stitch.. they gave me a date after 1 week for delivery and i went there next weekend i found they dint even bother to touch the blouse.. then they asked me to come in 2 days but due to my work i visited next weekend and i found the blouse was stitched 2 size bigger to my size.. now they took resize and asked me to come by tuesday but again i went on next saturday and this time again the blouse was not restitched and the lady said cos of eid i will have to wait till monday i got so frustrated and the lady assured that she will make sure no more e
