Sala Stupied service they are giving just they are harsing the people whom believe on LG like brand Why LG have given this kind of service contract to worst peoples,Some one should rise complain to close this kind of service center,
I have rise the complain on 14 Dec 2015 but they come to collect the AC on 17 Dec 2015 they said they will return on 21 ,but when i called them they said engineer was not there so they need to take 2 days more means according to them they will deliver AC on 24 Dec but again they are saying same words they need again 2 days

WORST SERVICE BY EBR enterprises. They simply close the request if you raise any complaint through LG toll free number with reason "Customer did not respond". I have reported this many times and escalated too. Still they continue the same. I have mad emy mind not to go for any LG product after the bitter experiance from EBR enterprises and also conveyed the same to my friends and relatives.
This is Rajesh. I have most of products in my home as LG branded as like the brand.
Specially have two types of LG split AC's in my home and also have been requested by the service executive to have AMC for both on completion of warranty period. Also I have taken AMC for 4 yrs with respect to the assurance provided. while taking AMC that they have said every three months would get a service call to remind service to be done. But it was not happened and whenever I am placing service request thru customer service also it would not be done in time. This have experienced most of time and communicated the same to Customer care during feedback but nothing improved. Currently in one of my LG split AC indoor unit the blade used for oscillations ... View More (up & down) was broken and service centre has agreed to change the broken one with new 3 days. As it is a simple one to be corrected. This time also it was not performed yet(as 7 days). Due to this issue, the problematic AC is not throwing the air as expected. As I have senior citizens in my home and that they desperately need the availability of the air condition to have a good sleep. Even have highlighted the necessity of it to customer care and the service center, they are not caring about it and simple communicate as stock not available and they won't respond to ur request even their service is get delayed. I don't know about other LG products service and spares availability. As a service center or an company could not able to serve their customer better then what is the need in having the service centre and selling the product in the market.
So, I humbly request others if you planned to buy any LG products in Chennai please check whether their service centres would do better and prompt service on need. For people living around porur and poonamallee, please do not think would get a better and prompt service on purchasing LG Airconditions. Please think and check your neighbours before purchase. As I have faced horrible situations with the LG AC's service as updated above.
