Dear All,
I share what I experienced with these guys. I rented a flat through Zam Zam Agency in Nungambakkam. Like all dealers they were so nice till we paid the advance. After shifting to the place, started our headache. No security for the flat and no cameras and above all no proper coordination.
Every month a fellow collects rent and the main thing is only if he gives the acknowledgement it means you paid the rent. If he forgets to give the receipt then I m sorry it means his pocket money. Yes this is the problem we faced and finally they said they are what they are.
And a insecured flat where house theft happens frequently and we should not bother or question them because they are private ATM where we should give money.
