I have been a owner (and resident) of an XS real apartment for more than 2 years now and I must say the time has really proved the quality they have been known for. While the contrusction and handover have been a smooth experience, the after sales service have been really superb. They were responsive to our complaints (including a borewell issue, for which a different bore well was laid) and was realistic in responses - there were no promises which were made without thinking through feasibility and once they commit they made sure they deliver it. This is a unique quality and gives us peace of mind as a customer.

I bought the XS Real Vibe apartment at Porur, I have choosen XS Real because of the good feedback i have got from my friends. XS Real is a professional organization. Firstly, I picked XS Real because I learnt that they are a professionally run boutique construction company in Chennai, that create unique and aesthetic products, and they take their âbrandâ very seriously and provide top notch quality and service to uphold their brand.
My experience in India has been that most companies bend over backwards till the sale is made, but then disappear into a black hole after they take your dough. Today I am very happy to see my apartment in a beautiful shape and to get possession of the same.I was happy for their flexibility with the customization requests, even though sometimes felt that the options were limited. Staffs are very co-operative and also always accommodative.
