This guys doesn't know what he is doing. I think he just opened the shop recently and doesn't know how to run a business.

Worst person to deal with. He doesn't know how to stitch anything. He tries to get you in to get stuff stitched then for sure what he will stitch doesn't fit you. May be one in 1000 cstomers might get something right. When you complain then he will tell you stories...Worst customer service.
