Worst salon experience ever. 28th August 2014, 3.15pm
I went there because my usual salon was really full and i had not booked an appointment. Absolutely.. my bad.. of choosing Genesis East Patel Nagar.
The person who does the pedicure does hair cut as well. Pedicure that too without removing nail paint and cuticles. Not a single nail color available.For a hair cut, they don't even have a set of combs and scissors. The manager doesn't a pay a heed to the customer feedback.
From 3.20pm-6.55pm, they could not manage to deliver the services offered in their premium package (and i had paid 200 more to upgrade to a better cleanup.. which i m regretting) and i had to leave with 3-4 service unused as i had already wasted my 3.5 hours there.

Thery are big time frauds. They charge big amount from your pocket but never delivers you the quality service for the amount you have paid. I took a slimming package with them last year in september. whenever I visit them for my session their staff is always changed and then they waste time in discussing about the package. Then when they start giving the session some of the times their equipments are not available in the branch or sometimes they not working properly. Even their staff manager has changed thrice since I have joined them. I did blender by joining these guys and trusting them. I just wish my package gets complete and i get rid of them. They are thieves!!! I stayed in Delhi for two months the duration of a course I took at Koenig Solutions. I decided I was going to check out Genesis so I went to the place where I was greeted. I asked about few prices to make comparison with English ones. Not much difference and Genesis is filthy. I was told from the manager that a laser facial treatment was 1500 rupees so I booked anappointment for it. That day I went there had the treatment and I was asked 5000 rupees from a certain Manisha. I objected but I was told I was given a "massage" (the girl kept scratching my face as she had very long nails and was doing it very fast) on top; something I never asked for.
