Hydrabadi Biryani House: A small shop in C.P. serving authentic Hyderabadi mutton biriyani, a must stop for all food lovers. Located across the Plaza cinema in Connaught Place, this is a very old and well known place among Delhiites, serving hot and spicy mutton biriyani. The ambience is in traditional Hyderabadi style with plates full of aromatic biriyani being passed on to customers. The price is affordable, and the quantity of the biriyani served might intimidate you on first sight so make sure you go there with enough appetite to finish it.

I went to this place today after seeing Jantar Mantar. Was served two bones with rice masquerading as "mutton biryani". When i told the waiter there was nothing to eat there, he looked helpless sayinig it came "pre packed"..what the hell is pre-packed?!!..this is supposed to be a "biryani house"..what crap..very disappointed..had a guest with me , else would have walked out...maybe i should have..
