I purchase sony experia C5 ultra dual
but the device is very bad
again n again that mobile disply is fail n battery drained 2 % at the one moment
and the many communication with the senior of mumbai branch head and office and nasik area branch manager,
their sayed to me the device is good .

so now i though the sony product and service is very poor
now i will go to CONSUMER FORUM because they dont give me the good service or replace the product.
