worst hospitality and food chain i ve ever ordered from.

Had ordered a paneer do pyaaza and they delivered chicken chilli at my place. When i contacted the store , they denied any replacement oppurtunity and when pressed upon , they asked me to get the food to them.
Being a Brahmin , i simply threw away the package in dustbin.
And even on showing on them the remains , they simply said thst they needed the package back in original form.
I have filed a complaint with the consumer forum as well and would see to it that their Khirki village branch shuts down.
