This dealer is a big cheater, I purchased a samsung split AC from him on 12th may and he send the local installation guys for doing the installation who were not trained to do the installation, my indoor unit is leaking water for more than a week and the guys has come twice to fix it but with no success. now today on 21st the dealer started saying that this is not his fault and he can't do anything..

when he charge full amount of money why did he not sent the authorised samsung team, just to make small amount of money..
