My experience with the IFB top-load washing machine has been fantastic. It is perfect for my family's laundry needs. It washes and dries cloths effectively. It has many features with less vibration and less noise. Highly recommended products!
IFB chimneys are value for money. It consumes less electricity and sucks the smoke well. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He was informative and also delivered work and maintenance demonstrations effectively.
I purchased an IFB washing machine four months back. It does not make noise and only vibrates during cycles. This model has an inbuilt heater and works well. Coming to the looks, I haven't found a top load washing machine in the market which looks better styled than this model. Coming to installation, it was on time. The technician visited my home on time, and he explained things very well.
It's been almost three months since I have been using the kitchen chimney (90 cm), and I have not faced any issues till now. Motion detection works ideally. The quality of the chimney is excellent! It works very well and does not make much sound. Initially, I was just afraid of the IFB installation service! The service guy coordinated well and helped us very diligently.
I researched for many dishwashers and finally ended up with this brand, IFB. It was worth it. They have affordable dishwashers online at best prices. It can take soiled utensils and crockery, too. The result is a sparkling vessel. It's worth the money, so I am happy to purchase this dishwasher. Very useful & easy to use.

My name is I.V.Ranga Rao,Padma Rao Nagar,Secunderabad.I bought IFB Neptune dishwasher last week(11 Feb 2010).I paid for the salt,detergent and rinser alongwith the machine. The machine was delevered on17th Feb night. The salt was missing for which I called up the the office when I was given service center no to be contacted. When I called that no the lady on line was v.rude and started shouting on me.Is this the way you treat your customers?
Secondly the person came fro demonstration yesterday.He started unpacking the machine and started throwing the cartons in the house in a rude fashion.
We did not expect people of IFB to behave in this fashion.
