Be VERY careful before dealing with this builder. This builder has a huge record of fraud and consumer complaints against him. I am resident at one of his properties in Jaipur, having daily issue with the low build-up quality and cheap material used in construction. When complained , builder Vivek Setia tends to get into a physical fights with buyers. I will not recommend this builder because of low construction quality and builders criminal tendency.
