Absolute fraud company try to peddle cheap Chinese gas cooktops and chimneys claiming to have a ISO certificated factory in Bangalore when in reality they operate out of a shoddy flat in belghoria.I have already decided to take them to consumer forum for outright cheating

We had booked LCD Chimney & 3Br. Auto(Quick) Gas oven in your Industrial Trade Fare Counter on 05.01.2014 Order No.C1671 in the name of Sujit Kumar Pal. But you do not supply the products in time. We have talked over telephone with your sales executive many times they have many times assured me that they have supplied the product withiin a week. When they cannot able to supply the product within their time I had cancelled my order over Telephone in last week of Feb.,2014 and also said them for refund of advance amount for Rs.500/- by post. But we have not yet get my advance amount. Therefore we would request you to refund the advance amount Rs.500/- by post at an early date.
