They are frauds...I bought a puzzle which was not meant for 5 year old kid...firstly they did not guide and inspite of nothing written on their bill now they are not ready to exchange it...I gave back them the puzzle 1 week back but they are so shameless neither they called me back to take the exchange nor did they inform me to take it back...this is the way they cheat people and run their business...they are sick
