I have removed warts from KAYA clinic KOLKATA SALTLAKE on 16th July 2017, It left hole all over my face and I am looking very weird. Its being more than 2 months the scars are as it is. They gave me some medicines, but nothing is working. I may have to go for some more treatment. Wastage of money. I feel that warts were better than the treatment. And I paid 30000 for making me more ugly. I am not able to show my face in public. It has worsened my condition than previous.

The story begins when I decided to get rid of my facial hair and learnt that Laser hair removal treatment is the most effective way to solve that. I came to know about kaya through one of my colleagues. But I didnât get any review on their services of hair removal treatment anywhere. Hence I am sharing my around 2 yrs long experience which was supposed to be maximum of 9 months. Initially their dermatologist examined my hair type. And he assured it will take maximum of 6 sittings to get rid of my unwanted facial hair and if not they will provide the next set of services free to me to get rid of them. And their behavior at that time was just too polite and too friendly Next comes their service charge, which they donât disclose outside or over the phone. However, they charged me quite a hefty amount with some complimentary services. . Next I started taking their sessions. First session was really good and the person who performed that was very good at her work. I think she was the best over that center. But that was the only first and last time she performed the service on me. The doctor decided the laser speed and other things and the attendant just carried out the service. And each sitting is supposed to be taken at an interval of maximum 1.5 months or until you have the full hair growth. However, after completion of 6 sittings when I found I am still having those unwanted hairs I talked with them. Then they came up with story of maintenance session. That initial doctor had left the clinic by then (after 2 sessions as far as I can remember) and the new doc said it was not him who told it will take 6 months. And I have to take maintenance session. I took 2-3 maintenance sessions after completing my initial 6- session package on lower face. But the problem got worsen. I am having hair growth in those areas now days which I didnât have earlier.There are efficient attendants who gave me services 2-3 times. Rest of the sessions I had to experience inefficient services, which I realized later when I discovered coarse hair growth in the facial area which I didnât have earlier. They wrongly encircled and gave laser where my hair type was originally fine. So , I am having coarse type of facial hair growth in some areas which I didnât have earlier. Also the service charge system is more less tamper in nature. For maintenance, they charged me double on the body part. However all these I was paying in thought I will get rid of the unwanted facial hair permanently. But last time when they screwed up my appointment time and after 1.5 hrs driving to the clinic I found there is no booking in my name the whole incident left me in a harassing and irritating mood. This is not the 1st time they have screwed up my appointment. Earlier also in many occasions they have messed up with my appointments. And most of the time although u reach over there in ur scheduled time u have to wait always from 15-45 minutes. But they are professional enough to ask you for a drink. Also a noticeable thing is their behavioral change as the time progresses. Now frustrating I decided not to go there anymore. Also I suggested one of my family friends initially but she also faced the same situation like me. I wonât say it doesnât work at all. It works to some extent; it makes hair type fine from coarse but doesnât eradicate it. Moreover they donât guarantee you and thatâs the trick. U have to take maintenance session through out. But that is acceptable if itâs twice or thrice in a year. Not in interval of 1.5 months which is the story of mine after taking 8- 9 sessions. After this I performed lot of researches on unwanted facial hair and concluded itâs best to leave ur facial hair as it is and if u r too worried then u can use a scissors but never go for threading/waxing/shaving. Before going for laser I also tried some cream/oinment prescribed by a dermatologist but that also didnât work. Hope this helps before you choose ur option.View Less
