I had got a 10 Mbps unlimited download line for a year at 10K and it has been my worst mistake. Its been 6 months into the plan and I get a download speed of 512 Kbps when I should be getting 1 Mbps+ (10 x 1024 / 8 = 1280 Kbps which is what one should get according to a 10 Mbps plan). Further if I count the number of days their line has been down in the last 6 months I find an astonishing number of 44 days !!! No wonder its frustrating when you pay so much money upfront for a good service. If you need a connection for your working purposes then this is the most pathetic one you could choose. worse broadband provider!
if u pay them fr 5 Mbps they will amnage u only get 2-3 Mbps...i u compalin they will try the best to delay...until u threaten thm to take thm to consumers forum thn they will show up and will promise u fr 15 Mbps and in 3 days it again falls down to 4 mbps but by now u r so fed up of complaining u will just wait till ur 1 years span ends so tat u can change thm!

every 3rd U will ahv to call thm since u woke up at 6 and cannot connect to the main server their office open at 10 so till then try something else once their office open if u complain they wil say "hamko ghar nahi jana hota hai kya?" X|
