SNDT College Of Home Science: The college offers a wide range of professional and vocational courses for women. The SNDT College of Home Science has been working towards the empowerment of women since 1968. This is the only college that offers Home Science at the Junior college level and has both English and Marathi as mediums of instruction. The Bachelors course is a three year program in the following streams: Composite Home Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, Early Childhood Care and Education, Interior Space Design and Management, Textiles and Clothing and Vocational courses in Food Science and Quality Control.
