This is an Outbound Training & Adventure promoting organisation established in Bangalore by a group of experts in outdoor adventure sports and activities.
The founder of CARE is Mr. S.K. Sheshadri a post graduate and a passionate mountaineer. He is trained at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarakashi, and learned Snow Skiing from Manali Mountaineering Institute.
He is the first person from south of India to scale the second highest mountain, Mt Kamet, on the Himalayas and the Government of Karnataka has honoured this achievement by presenting him an award of excellence.

Outbound training, microlight flying, parasailing, river rafting, cave exploration, and forest camps are some of the adventure outings that CARE offers.
Working in lieu with the forest department, CARE has developed their own camp site at Savanadurga forest, about 70 Kms from Bangalore
Some of CARE'S clients are Microsoft, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Tata Infotech, Honeywell, MICO, HAL, Philips, Airtel Subex, Siemens etc.
