DONâT BUY ANY APARTMENT FROM NOVA HAMLET, if you donât want to be cheated. Contain of the other review about them is very true and experienced by many buyers from them. Top of that, their construction quality is very poor, they keep lot of things incomplete. They donât understand anything other than money and try to cheat you many ways, which you are totally unaware of. They will try to squeeze more money from you towards the end and without that they give you trouble on registration, possesion, keep things incomplete. NOVA HAMLET is worst builder with worst quality of work. Top of that they will cheat you where ever it is possible. Once you pay them some amount then they know you can't go out. So they will try to extract more money in name tax!

I agree with MR. Patel. Nova Hamlet is worst. I happen to be anold customer. Thequality of construction is poor and even less than that. The people concerned are also very impolite and I suggest this should be the last place to go!

NOVA HAMLET is awful and pathetic guys. Never ever go for them.. please don't let these people toy with your life time invsetments and dream home! They don't value people.. the dirtiest quality of work I have ever seen in every aspect of building and construction. Take my Advise.. do not go for these builders.
