Yes same experience. The maids whom they send are all arrogant and even comes to slap us when we question them why the work is not done. And mr Raju in turn will start abusing us when we call to complain.

Horrible service. Ms Shanti who runs it is an absolute cheat . She will call , come and drop off some maid who is good for nothing. She promises 5 replacements for 1 year but will stop picking your calls as soon registration amount is paid. She gave me a maid for 7k a month claiming that she is cook and nanny, the girl could not boil water to save her life !!!

This is the worst agency and these people looting money. Their business is like cheating and looting people. They have taken money and never turned up. I dont know why police is not taking action on them
