The worst customer service ever. The items have been delivered after several months after booking(Trade center exhibition) with advance amount. Visited the shop nearly 15 times to get it delivered. One of the delivered product (Teak cot) is not like the ordered one and returned it. While asked for the same furniture they told us that the teak cots's price have gone up and can't deliver the product with the booked price. Booking has been done with free delivery but atlast they succeeded in getting some amount for delivery too.
Total waste of money. And if u don't have Blood pressure, then they ll give u it as a compliment.
Really worst experience withthis dealer.

These people are useless, They dont keep up their word. Then why the have to project as fill they will do a good service. we have ordered through fair at chennai trade center. They have commited to deliver it on 21st Jan 2012 but they have not delivered till 1st Feb 2012.

Not worth talking about.Rather running this dealer they rather close it & live a relaxed life at home,why in the dealership........

This is hopeless dealer. They will sell you the goods and will not help in the after sales service. They do the installation and when it comes to the free services, say that the company will do and company say we did not do the installation and hence wash their hands...Don't purchase anything from this Faiz and Co.
