We applied for a new Airtel broadband connection in Mogappair West on 23 rd November. They have sent an executive after a feasibility study that connection is possible and he took all the documents and Rs. 500 promising that the connection will be provided in 3 days.
We called the executive after four days cause we didn't get any connection. He replied that since we are bachelors we have to pay an extra Rs. 1000. We paid that amount to Mr. Anand (9940253338) after he promised to activate the connection within two days.
