Horrible service these guys provide. I booked the cab for 4:!5, and the idotic driver couldnt find the place for 45 min, inspite of giving vivid direction, and being on the phone with him. On top of that, he took the longest route to make more more KM.
Never go for booking easy call taxi in Chennai,
There complaint center is even worse, they will put your ph on hold for 30mins, and thn hung up, reluctant to lodge complain.
Just because of these stupid but corrupted people I missed my flight, and had to pay another 5000 bucks to get the next flight.
