Please it's my request to you all not get serviced your TV in techno care. They simply damage the Tv . They have done it to me. My Haier tv panel was damaged by them and yet there was line in the screen. They say it happens automatically. Actual instance is not that. Better don't service anything from them. Please help others too .
I request all not to get your electronic things in techno care. They never attend the problem. My Led tv serviced by them and delivered to me on 31/12/16 and there bill is rs.6800/_. The tv got repaired on the 3rd of jan 2017. I have complained to them on next-day itself. They are not ready to attend the problem. The repair has the 90 days warranty. Still the haven't. Very worst .
My complaint no 196279 it's registered at 12.10 pm today subsequently ur tech kumaravel attended d complaint and informed us dat due to power fluctuation shot circuited so have to change d board , and he said he vill remove d mother board n take it to office for repair .we are not ready to send d parts to your office hence I said no need to take n go place it as it is . Subsequently your tech went some other tech nearby to home attended At once dey opened dey said a pin in mother board is broken some one hav broken it while opening .
Your tech is d only person who opened d board so he only broken it without even knowing to open d board.
It's very surprising that how u sent a un experienced person to attend d complaint.
