Bought Birla Ecogen generator 3 AS for Rs.61000 in 2013. It didn't work from day 1. When checked for warranty it seemed to be a used product as the warranty had expired on the first day itself. Contacted Ramesh. He was very polite before buying the product. But after the purchase, he gave us some stories and said will sort this out. But stopped responding to our calls. Was not at his shop when went in search of him. Till this day no response and no return of our money. Planning to file a case in consumer court.

I bought Luminous Inverter from this guy 2 days back. Please be careful and do not buy anything from this shop. The owner has cheated me. He told me he need 45 meters of wire to complete the wiring and charged me Rs 1500/- but hardly used 25 meters of wire. When I asked him about the same he did not give proper response. But before buying the inverter he spoke very sweetly. Beware of this shop. They are the No1 cheaters in Chennai.
