i had used the services of barathi call taxi on quite a few occasions. Out of four times i booked for pick up from our residence at west mambalam at around 9.00 p.m. and drop either at chennai central station or at chennai egmore station, on three occasions the call taxi people cancelled the booking at around 8.00 p.m. i used to make the booking well in advance say at around 10.00 a.m.itself. i also used to check with them at around 7.30. p.m. or so about the booking. last such instance took place on the 28th of august 2010. i made the booking at 8.00 a.m. itself . i checked up with the taxi operator at around 7.40. p.m. they confirmed the arrangement. but around 7.50 p.m., one gentleman from the call taxi office called me to say that no v ...
