Hi,
Recently I went to the Titan service center attached to this showroom. The watch was a relatively new one. There was one middle aged man, who on seeing the strap told that the strap has worn out and needs to be changed. When I asked for the cost, he said will be around 500 to 600. That was ridiculous. The good wrist band of the watch was in very good condition, except some minor wear and tear on the inner side which normally happens for any straps. Even the new strap will become like that after 2 months.
Then I asked him to change only the battery. He examined and told that the battery is good, but the circuit has gone and needs to be changed. I took the watch back as I couldnt believe him. Later I went to another service center in
