Worst service ever.Not recommended at all.No after sales.Fraud

Pathetic . Avoid at all cost

We bought 2 LG ACs from here in May, though ACs we got were at competetive price but after sales service is pathetic.
The only mistake we did was to opt for AC installation to be done by their local electricians instead of authorized LG electricians. Every week there is some or the other problem with the installation.
Now its been more than one weeks that we called them up to fix one of our ACs, but nobody has turned up.
I would not recommend them if you are looking for after sales service from them.

BEWARE !! OF THESE PEOPLE .......UNPROFESSIONAL , NO AFTER SALES SERVICE !!

BUNCH of CHEATS and uneducated unprofessional people. I dont know how can any businessman be so shameless that he wud want to fend their families on others money.

A bunch of cheat and unprofessional people, overcharging people and poor business ethics. Robbing people of their money as well as peace of mind. Spit on them . CHEATS !!

HAD HORRIBLE EXPEREINCE FROM THE SHOP . HE IS SIMPLY CHARGING 4 TIMES THE CORRECT PRICE, BOUGHT SCREEN GUARD FOR MOBILE WITH ALL FALSE PROMISES AND AND A T PRICE OF 990 CLAIMING TO BE 4 LAYERED BLAH ALL CRAP. SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR THEIR FRAUD TACTICS

Had a very bad experience. Bought a samsung charger from this place and within first two months it was not working. When I approached them they sent to me a wrong service center at vyapar khendra from where i was asked to go to another faraway service place at sec-14, because they dont service charger that dint come with mobile phones. When i returned to Suraj electricals i dint get a proper explanation & they simply said then i had to go to sec-14. no proper customer friendly.
