I have booked my dish tv connection on 03-11-2012 from tradus.com after regular follow up the setup box installed on 25-11-2012. but still not activated. This is the prompt service of Dish TV. Complaint ID - 105801756. It is in process mode since 26-11-2012. When you will call to customer care that in how many hours your Viewing Card activated they will answer you within 24 hours and this is maximum time.
This is the India's burst DTH Service Provider.
THE worst product i have choosen in my all life no service then ZERO After sAles service 24hrs sevice failed even 240hrs time and all staff is liars just fooling the customers.... dish ko wish nahin kick karo shahrukh ...stop endorsing dish will ruin ur repo....
We took the connection from Dish TV tele-calling Call Centre and 25th October, the dish tv with vc no. 01517775735 was installed on 27th October 2012, and installation charges and extra charges were collected by the person. After two days, the connection stopped working saying our VC No. is not activated, and since then we have been following up regularly with call centre / emails, but till date the issue is not resolved. Not happy with the services at all. Please give my money back and take back the dish tv set top box.

i m facing same problem.last 15 day ..when i contact with customer care they told me wait 24hr then agen 24hr last 10 days..

I have a corporate connection of dish TV installed at my house since 2008.Since last 2 years i did not get it activated and on 1st Nov'12 i again reactivated it.But due to some technical snag in the antenna none of the channels were working and no pics were available to be viewed as informed by the the customer executive when called upon and thereby lodged a complaint with no-98464 and was promised the complaint will be attended within 24hrs.Next day when they didn't turn up i called them again with apologies from there side and a fake promise to get it rectified within next 24hrs.The promise still continues even after passing of 8 days.In these last 8 days i must have spoken to all there executives in Hindi,English& Bengali.Probably spoke
