I bought a flat in mid of 2013 with a promise from their end of 2% credit note payable in 6 months. They have repeatedly denied to honour the credit note for last 2 years saying they don't have money to pay. They seem to be financially not in good condition.
Avoid them they do not deliver on their promises
This is the worst company i have ever deal. dont believe on their promises of credit notes. They are totally lier and never give you the credit notes amount. Their management is also involve in the process and never reply you once booking is done. hence better to avoid this company.
