I have done a withdrawal of Rs.8000 on June 3rd in HDFC Bank ATM ( Pune) . I have not received the amount at the time of withdrawal but the transaction is shown successful and debited the amount to my Account no. 006901555758 . I dint even get a message regarding the withdrawal to my mobile regarding the transaction. I have raised two escalations to get back my amount but the ICICI Bank customer care says they have got the reply from HDFC bank stating that that was a successful transaction and amount cannot be returned. When i asked ICICI customer care to help me out in this case , they are telling that they are helpless. Now please tell me where the hell i should go to get back my amount.
