The same experience for me also. I lodged complaints through LG customer care 1800180999. Next day I got SMS that Thank you for allowing us giving you service. Then I contacted the customer care and it has been told to me that my request is already closed and done by this service center.
No help provided by this service center even.
LG it is high time to change this provider.

very bad service -they even do not react to compalints lodged through LG 18001809999 .
Hope LG looks for a new service provider to keep it name and prstige
