this is amit who has purchased goods vide bill no TC/CM /07118/13-14 Dated 23.10.13 attended by an sales executive named pranay cell no-943383961 at the time of purchase he assured me that the goods shall be delivered by 25.10.13 but it did not happened then on 25.10.13 i spoke to Mr. Arun he told me that he will revert back me the status within 5 min but he also did not turned Madam Monika in this competitive market if we get this kind of service then you can understand better Know if you all are unable to deliver the goods then please refund our amount laying with you

The worst shop I have ever seen. The behaviour of the staff is awfully worst. You enter the showroom, no one asks what you want. The ladies are busy taking on mobile or among themselves. Even I heard a lady passing worst remarks regarding customers. I booked a spilt AC machine. The delivery was given after 4 days that too at night 10 pm. The date of installation is so many days after. If you call them, you have to call at least 4 or 5 times. At 2.30 pm they say lunch going on and they will call back. But when I called back after one hour the reply why should we call. Even they lie that installation will be done today but no one calls for that. Summarising, I will strongly say never to purchase from this shop.

I was searching for a good store to buy my SLR camera and one of my friend suggested great eastern electronic store. They had different brands and I got the one I was looking for. What I was really impressed with was that the sales person had some really useful knowledge about cameras. I am pleased with this store.

They do not value the importance of service to customer. Why do they print the contact no. on Bill when they do not receive the call. ???? VERY IRRESPONSIBLE & POOR SERVICE.

Really Irresponsible. Very Poor Service.
