Never dare to go there, the post sale service is horrible. Actually forget about service they do not even bother to pick up the call. We bought a godrej eon 1ton split ac on 14th April, 2016. They assured that the standard installation including materials

This is not fair. The people are commenting here, suppose to related with others dealers.
Me too a customer, But never feel so, I bought 6 different items. But there are no such commitment, they verrify there stock first then deals.
I always find best deal with Great eastern...

Service is worst. Behavior is worst. No commitment on delivery. I booked Whirlpool refrigerator on 30th July 2012 from Sinthee outlet and today is 3rd Aug but the item is not yet delivered and not even a single call from the store for the same. Had to call each day and they used to delay the delivery every day to next day and so on. Behavior, communication skills of the stuffs at customer desk is worst. I found somewhere contact for "Monica Bhagat" and I contacted her over facebook and through gmail but no reply or action taken from her. I'm not sure if that is a wrong contact or not valid any more. Still waiting for delivery. Will wait for some more time and need to explore legal actions against them.

Dont buy anything from these cheaters. Their sales persons will commit on items which they dont have ready stock. Once you make payment, you will be left to their mercy repeatedly telephoning the showroom to deliver your item. This may take several days. Often they sell TV to customers which are already worn out due to heavy usage on showroom display. They will fool you by repacking them in a fake "company sealed pack" and insisting that it is brand new. If you dont want to be cheated of your hard earned money "STAY AWAY FROM GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO OF SINTHEE CHOWK, BARANAGAR.
