Wasabi by Morimoto: The signature Japanese restaurant at the Taj Hotel Colaba run by celebrated Chef Morimoto. Wasabi overlooks the Gateway of India and the main attraction is the chef par excellence Morimoto. The chef has had his own TV show and promises the best and freshest ingredients at Wasabi. Head here for authentic albeit very expensive Japanese fare without a trace of Indianisation. Reservations are recommended. The menu offers a large variety of vegetarian dishes besides the seafood selection flown in from around the world.
