We are just back from our customized tour of Malaysia dated 9th May to 13th May 2010(5Days/4Nights) from Prasanna Holidays and I must share my horrible experiences with you.
Let me begin from our first day of the tour!!
We began our journey from Sahar international airport, when we went to collect our boarding passes, executive of Air Asia(Low cost airline, recently started flights from Mumbai to Kuala Lumpur) told us that we've to pay for our cargo luggage amounting to Rs.600/- for 15 Kg(Minimum) and it's not a part of your ticket. Doesn't anyone from Prasanna holidays know this that if a customer is going for a tour outside country he should be having at least one bag to be put in cargo? The ticket should be booked according
